With the most successful edition of the fair to date under its belt; Fair Director of Downtown Design, Rue Kothari, says: “Our fifth edition was by far our best. The impressive waterfront location, the beautifully designed layout and our strong curation of international and regional brands was incredibly well received by the region’s leading architects and interior designers. Not only did we double in size, but we delivered a high-quality show that demonstrates the credibility and potential of the region’s commercial design market.”
Attracting key players from across the regional design industry to discover brands, network as well as create business opportunities; Downtown Design provides a complete design experience from design sourcing to highly targeted interaction as well as the opportunity for design education through a curated talks and workshop programme called The Forum.
Speaking about the fair; Janus Rostock, Regional Design Director at Atkins said “Once again, Downtown Design has managed to create an exhibition that only displays the best of the best in interior design products and solutions. It is very inspiring for me and the Atkins design studio to visit the exhibition and to network with the suppliers and industry peers.”
