Led by Arturo Álvarez – both founder and creative director of the brand, their philosophy has always been to offer hand-made lamps, of great personality and with a strong emotional resonance.

Llardo

At the Downtown Design 2020 Digital Fair, the brand presented two creations with a vast wealth of detail and color which were sure to catch attention and bring a powerful, vibrant energy to any room. Arabian Purebred and Gladiator are two magnificent works that exemplify Lladró artists’ mastery in sculpture, ornamentation and decorative techniques. These are followed by two new versions of The Guest, this time introduced by the Korean illustrator Henn Kim, an artist who submerges us in a world of visual metaphors and poetry in black and white.

Nanimarquina

Nanimarquina’s 2020 showcase featured an array of A-list collaborators designers such as Jaime Hayon who has created ‘Silhouette’, a range of rugs that feature nine spindly portraits of imaginary characters, ideal for both commercial and residential use.  Also part of the new collection are unique styles from Santi Moix that featured a dramatic interpretation of the artist’s floral paintings.

RS Barcelona

New to the Middle East, the You&Me table doubles as a modern dining table in the home or a conference table to liven up the modern workspace. The amazingly modern design is strikingly minimalist, with simple match-stick style legs, a clean unadorned base and gorgeous top. Offering contemporary tables and innovative furniture designs, RS Barcelona strives to find new ideas and original solutions inspired by the world around them.

BD Barcelona

At the Downtown Design 2020 Digital Fair, BD Barcelona presented their Showtime Collection. Jamie Hayon designed this version together with the Low Lounger and Lounger to target the contract market, where smaller pieces without the headrest would be needed. It was a best seller since the release of the product some years ago.

Naturtex

Naturtex presented their latest rug titled ‘Diamond’, with distinct geometric motifs that were inspired by Arabesque influences. And the Tamiout rug that will bring a touch of design and color to your outdoor spaces.

MYO

MYO’s latest collection featured the Eclipse, inspired by the movement of light along a solar eclipse. Composed of a central disc emitting light and two external discs diffusing and reflecting it, this collection brought the fascinating natural phenomenon indoors.  Also on showcase was the Vela collection that replaces the magic of candlelight.
