Edward Linacre, a Melbourne-based Industrial designer and artist, founded his eponymous studio in 2021, which operates across the fields of lighting art, commercial lighting, furniture/object/installation design and fabrication, product design and development, and the realisation of his sculpture based artworks.
Working closely with local crafts-people and fabricators, Linacre balances experimental and environmental design principles often implementing recycled materials and by-products, and using high-quality and sustainably sourced materials that maximise energy efficiency.
