Veuve Clicquot returns to Downtown Design with a new concept for the main lounge of the 2026 edition of the fair, conceived in collaboration with British-Nigerian artist and designer Yinka Ilori.
Conceived under the theme “Chasing the Sun”, Ilori transforms the annual Veuve Clicquot Lounge into an immersive design environment inspired by the warmth of the sun, human connection and Veuve Clicquot's enduring spirit of optimism.
The concept combines Yinka Ilori’s signature design philosophy with the usage of bold colours, expressive patterns and sculptural forms to create a vibrant setting for gathering, conversation and hospitality, to create a memorable visitor experience.
