For the past 6 years Superstudio Piu’s Temporary Museum for New Design has been recognised as one of the major attractions of Fuorisalone (Milan Design Week) alongside Salone del Mobile and for the first time ever, it will be coming to the Middle East to exhibit at Downtown Design

The annual site-specific and multi functional space that is often the chosen venue for the most promising start-up designers at Milan’s event has announced they will showcase ten brands

Its extraordinary success has led to it becoming a major platform for big Companies and leading designers providing “unique and extraordinary” opportunities and the fact that the Superstudio team have agreed to come to Dubai is a major step forward in putting the Dubai on the global design map.

Having a notorious eye for future stars of the design scene – the Dutch designer Maarten Baas exhibited here before cementing his position on the global design stage – Superstudio will select the products, as an example of the best contemporary design in different fields from across the region.

Gisella Borioli, the creative force behind Superstudio Piu, will curate the exhibition that is presented in collaboration with Slide Design.
