After thirteen meetings, in 2007, 13RiCrea arises.
A group of women who compose a team of accurate designers completely dedicated to the reinterpretation of material doomed to disuse. Materials no longer usable, become resources to create new objets. An eye focused on the materials whose recovery becomes a need and an ethical obligation towards what surrounds us. Angela Mensi and Ingrid Tarò starting from different competences, put effort into imagining an eco-friendly future.
The philosophy of 13RiCrea involves looking at the concept of resource in a new way.
Matters and materials deriving from the recovery are sources from which to glean for creating new objects and designing new projects. Time and particular attention are dedicated to the research and the study of special materials. Their reuse, in a new form, allows the use of what is already available. The projects realized aim to eco-sustainability. This requirement helps reducing to a minimum the environmental impact and in many cases, it tries to make the production sites coincide with the processing ones.
