Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining and updating presentations and communication calendar(s)
- Support on various communication channels including newsletters and web-stories
- Updating and organising image banks and programme content
- Assist with PR activities in the lead-up to and on-site during the events
- Data entry of press contacts into CRM
- Support in collating PR and Comms stats for post-event reports
The ideal candidate should be able to do the following:
- Excellent communication, writing and research skills
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, for long hours when necessary whilst calm and friendly
- Excellent command of English and other languages preferred
- IT skills: proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft
- Relevant experience in assisting and working on large-scale events preferred
