Responsibilities:

  • Support in maintaining and updating presentations and communication calendar(s)
  • Support on various communication channels including newsletters and web-stories
  • Updating and organising image banks and programme content
  • Assist with PR activities in the lead-up to and on-site during the events
  • Data entry of press contacts into CRM
  • Support in collating PR and Comms stats for post-event reports

The ideal candidate should be able to do the following:

  • Excellent communication, writing and research skills
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure, for long hours when necessary whilst calm and friendly
  • Excellent command of English and other languages preferred
  • IT skills: proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft
  • Relevant experience in assisting and working on large-scale events preferred
