Acclaimed author, curator and edition Max Fraser is known to use his platform to spotlight global issues that need our urgent attention. Commenting on societal issues through his music and locality centric design, Lebanese musician and architect, Carl Gerges connects design and art with activism seamlessly, whilst Paul Cournet advocates empathetic design and empathy in the industry in his roles as an leading design educator and architect at OAM*AMO. Moving beyond the commercial aspects of design, this panel explored how an empathetic approach to design can help author a more equitable world.
