In an interactive session, this workshop explored fundamental human needs- purpose, belonging, achievement, autonomy, status, and security – and the questions of how these are defined, what their priority is and the implications of management methods, technology, tools, and places. This workshop also focused on how design can aide human experience at the workplace.
