Before one can inspire others and align them with the organization's vision, one must master a skill that often gets relegated to the background - Leading The Self.
This interactive session helped attendees better understand themselves and their leadership style, provided skills to gain insights into other people's motivations and how to harness them. Irrespective of their career stage, attendees learned how to stay resilient, in control and self confident.
