Creality 3D is an internationally renowned 3D printer manufacturer. A high-tech enterprise and a pioneer in the R&D and mass production of FDM and resin 3D printers.
The company has been committed to applying 3D printers into the market, delivering efficient and cost-effective integrated 3D printing solutions for architects, designers, individuals, arts, families, schools and enterprises.
Having recently established a 3D print-house base in UAE, the company is looking to collaborate with architects, designers and other businesses on their projects, in addition to supplying and providing maintenance services directly from the UAE.
For this year’s Dubai Design Week, Creality has collaborated with award-winning design studio Binchy and Binchy to create the ‘Sadu Totem’.
The ‘Sadu Totem’ is a playful exploration of objects inspired by geometrical patterns found in Sadu weaving. The pieces are stacked and interlocked with decorative ‘keystones’ that can be used as independent display or storage elements depending on the wishes of the user.
The designers were inspired by the idea of a ‘totem’, an emblem of strength and community, here the Sadu Totem combines tradition and technology as a symbol of UAE’s diverse and forward-thinking culture.
The Totem can be ordered in custom colours via Creality’s Instagram account @crealityuae
