Studio NOV24

Hamideh Jafari and Amir Kolahdouzian, from Studio NOV24, were born in Iran and raised in Austria. They have devoted a significant part of their work to design and produce hand-woven carpets, and perceive their work as synergie of contrasts and similarities of both worlds, as design, art, and handcraft come together in their product. They are guided by their cultural roots and their passion for innovation. In their design studio in Vienna, based on their professional expertise, they compile custom-made layouts. Finally, these come to life as a result of traditional handcrafting techniques.
