Born in 1963 and managed by brothers Daniela and Carlo Giovanardi, the company is nowadays an international force in the field of solar protection, acoustic panels, transports, yachting, advertising and truck building and accessories. The Giovanardi company also operates in the furnishings and design trade, being a manufacturing company involved in fabrics supplying for home furnishings products. 

Giovanardi has been able to design, develop and manufacture these fabrics collections for outdoor and indoor home furnishing, decoration, drapery and upholstery that represent Italian style and design.
