Since it was founded in 1960 by Ernesto Gismondi, lighting brand Artemide has been synonymous with innovation and the hallmark of high quality, Made in Italy. Based in Pregnana Milanese, its products are distributed in 98 countries where they are seen as contemporary design icons. The Artemide Group has 750 employees; five factories in Italy, France, Hungary, and Canada; one glass-works facility; and a Research & Development centre with prototyping labs.
