The story of a dream: Lladro is beyond doubt one of the most universally recognized Spanish brands. A brand with over 60 years of history, recognized for its quality, handcrafting and excellence in art porcelain. From the original sketches to the final firing at high temperatures, artists and artisans working under the attentive eyes of the Lladro family carry out each step in the process. The sculptor draws his inspiration from many different sources: a combination of tradition and modernism.
From spectacular chandeliers to tabletop lamps, Lladró offers a wide range of lighting fixtures in porcelain to bring a warm welcoming note to stylish interiors. Its most recent project, Belle de Nuit, is an original lighting collection in different formats and decorations based primarily around porcelain and color. Conceived by the brand’s in-house team of designers, the new collection takes its starting point from classic crystal chandeliers, bringing them up to date with creations that, apart from introducing porcelain as a raw material, also update the expressive language. This reinterpretation gives rise to contemporary lamps in different sizes and models, which fit in to perfection with all kinds of interior styles, where porcelain and color add a note of distinction.
The most striking aspect of the Belle de Nuit collection is the application of Lladró’s original palette of colors, surprising us with a broad spectrum that ranges from the minimal version in pure white to a multicolor model, as well as other versions in pure tones and combinations of colors and degradé tones.
