Requirement:  Full-time, permanent position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budget control and quote sourcing

  • Floor planning

  • Lead liaison with key suppliers

  • Lead liaison with exhibitors

  • Sourcing government license applications and permits

  • Ensuring all exhibition stands are produced to the highest standards

  • Management of operations in relation to all areas of show, including registration

  • Manage signage and wayfinding of event, security deployment plans before event and on site

  • Management of master event schedules with relevant teams to ensure well thought out and timely delivery of projects

Candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of event management experience either in Europe or the Middle East (or both)

  • Proven career progression with previous employer

  • Fluency in English along with excellent writing skills

Personal skills and competencies:

  • Great problem-solving ability

  • Calm under pressure and can-do attitude to delivering in challenging situations

  • Willingness to work long hours when required

  • Ability to focus on delivery of multiple projects at once

  • Organized with strong attention to detail

  • Personable team player with an ability to deal with a wide variety of situations and people
